So I added new cels up for sale and I added information for each 
cel (cel sequence, dougas, etc). Some of the cels have a min bid 
offer and others have an actual price. Min bid offer means I'm 
taking offers but you've got to start offering at that price. If it's a 
set price, then that's the price.
