Hey Drac of the Sharp Smile, I personally would
not worry about listing the time the cel is
featured.  As you may well know, there are several
producitons of the same Anime and NONE of them run
ont eh same time or have the same # frams, etc. 
So listing that would be just a waste of your time. 

I do like the idea of adding trivia or something
like that which would be more entertaining for the
audience.  Best of luck with your site and post it
whenever you're done!
