Hello! I have made the decision (which really wasn’t 
mine to make but more of a out of my hands decision 
kind of thing) to end receiving offers much earlier than 
anticipated.

In fact, I will be ending offers as of Thursday – 10/31 at 
12:01am.

So for those of you who were waiting until the last 
minute to make an offer – you have about two and a 
half days to secure that. Again, still willing to work with 
you if you need a payment plan but not willing to go 
beyond 2/2003 and that’s only if you have an absolute 
need.
