It's from the episode where Shampoo gets that 
that armband from Cologne and the "gems" on it 
are actually pills which are supposed to make 
people fall in love with someone of the opposite 
sex. There are three: one will make a person fall 
in love for an hour, one for a day, one for life. 
I think here, Ranma has accidentally eaten one 
and they don't know which one. So Akane just 
splashed him to make sure he stays a girl and 
can't fall in love with Shampoo.

It's in one of the later TV episodes (third 
season or later, I think), but I don't remember 
the exact number. If I have time, I'll look it up 
for you tonight. ^_^
