I'm just a complete and total sucker for
bi-colored eyes, so I couldn't help but nab an
Ordian cel from one of Taro's recent updates.

Thing is, I've never seen the show, and I'd really
love to slap a name on this character instead of
popping him into my gallery as "unknown".  Can
anyone out there enlighten me with at least the
pretty-eyed man's name, or possibly even a little
info about him?

Any help at all would be appreciated!  ^_^
