Erm... you probably should have just asked a 
bunch of people what they think is the 
average/best price for a cel of Julia, rather 
than playing what most people would have 
considered to be a prank. 

Personally, I really don't think a Julia cel is 
worth that much... but that's just me. I've seen 
nice ones on Yahoo Japan for half that, if I 
remember correctly. Have you tried there?
