When I first bid on this cel on YJ I didn't know
what it was. I was hoping that it was an actual
cel, and it is a hand painted cel. I don't know if
it is a hand painted reproduction cel or a
production cel because I swear that I have seen
this for sale before.  If any of you know what it
is, any help would be appreciated.

Anyway, I was very pleased with it *s*. It's a
very cute cel of Unico, and it comes in a Sanrio
Film frame with a clear cel bag over it that I
think is original and hasn't been opened. The
discoloration of the cel is from being scanned
twice and put together because the frame was too
big for my scanner.
