I am new to this forum, and I have just started 
looking at cels and am trying to start a 
collection.  However, I have a question that has 
been nagging at me since I first began looking 
at cels... how do they get released into the 
general public in the first place?  Who 
initially distributes the cels?  How many from a 
given series are generally released?  I am so 
sorry if these are stupid questions, please 
humor me!  ^_^  Thanks so much for any replies!!
