I've seen some strange things in the areas of my 
cels that can't be seen on screen. ^_^;;

With my Psychic Force cels in mind, most all have 
black magic marker coloring in the edges of the 
backgrounds. . . Where most backgrounds are 
painted to the edge, Psychic Force ones usually 
aren't. I've theorized the marker is to reduce 
some kind of glare off the plain white? Seems an 
interesting way to save paint. ^_^;;
