I was watching the You're Under Arrest OVAs last 
night and to my surprise, a cel I had bought 
from Taro a while back (who said it was from TV) 
at TV series price showed up!!  I had always 
suspected it was OVA quality but couldn't 
confirm it until now.  It was always one of my 
favorites, and it's a great shot IMO.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has 
similar things happen to them...
