No...I'm pretty sure they will be back - you 
see, after their web site shut down I still had 
open cel orders that needed to be combined...and 
I broke their system :) They had to delete my 
record out of the database, bring the website 
back up, and enter all my information again, and 
re-sell me my cels. I don't think they would 
have gone to all this trouble if they had no 
intention of ever coming back. They even made 
sure my points carried over.
