Hello,
Only for people I have dealt with before.  I have 
had too many problems with overseas shipping; 
only people who are comfortable with the way I 
package and paying for the shipping, etc.

I had so much trouble I now post on my eBay 
auctions (some running now ^^;;) and on my 
website that I do not ship overseas.  Previously 
I shipped everywhere.  Now if I have not dealt 
with a person before I can not.
