Galaxy Angel has been acquired for a US DVD 
release by Bandai, but they have not announced a 
release date yet.  It might not be until sometime 
in the latter part of next year before it comes 
out on R1 DVD.  

Shortly before the Bandai announcement, there was 
a fandub project in the works.  I'm not sure if 
they have completed it yet (or if they ever will, 
now).

If you're interested in Galaxy Angel, I run a 
small Yahoo group dedicated to GA.  Please feel 
free to sign up there and see if anyone has a 
lead on GA subbed in English.
