Hi,
I have ordered from him lately and these are 
usually the times of the emails. I know he has 
been really busy lately. If it is an order he 
gets back to you in a few days. If it is about 
an order expect a week. If it is a general 
question up to two weeks. If you have won an 
auction it has been two weeks to a month for an 
invoice. Hope that helps.
