Man, what a great eight weeks. Had a fairly small 
class, but still average for a Continuing 
Education course at this university. All of my 
students were great, and I learned just as much 
from them as they did from me. We watched films 
like Akira, VHD: Bloodlust, Cowboy Bebop: Knockin 
on Heaven's Door, Escaflowne, Grave of the 
Fireflies, and Spirited Away. Saw episodes from 
Trigun, Outlaw Star, Ranma, Slayers etc. Just to 
many to list. This was an introduction to anime, 
so I was glad that most of the class was not 
familiar with the bulk of the material. Got a few 
things I need to work on for next semester, but 
it should be even better in the Spring. If any of 
you out there are going to college and love 
anime, drop by the adult education center and 
pitch a class to them. You can earn a little 
extra dough and have a great classroom experience 
all at the same time.
