Given that the sale ended November 4th, and 
notifications didn't start going out that we'd 
won until after that, it's barely been 2 weeks 
since we had an opportunity to pay, let alone for 
payment to be received and items shipped. ^_^

For example, my payment was sent on the 5th, 
received on the 12th and notice sent that it'd 
ship within 3 business days.
