I know where the cel is from.but I can't 
remeber the name right now.  It was a very 
difficult japanese , I don't even know hirakana 
not to say of kanji.
What I remember is,
This guy is a teacher of elementary school. 
His name is bruce lee(or something similar). 
He ia a very weak guy with a name sounding 
very strong.  He has been ijimed by his own 
students. If you need to know it badly, I can 
check it, but video is at my parent's house now
