I would say the disney one, especially if the 
lines are hand inked. Hand inked cels last a lot 
longer anyways. Plus the Disney market is much 
larger than the anime market. 

Even though I don't care for much Disney stuff, I 
think that if you're aiming for solid value that 
you should go for the Disney one.
