I was drooling heavily over that cel over at 
Chaos.  I haven't even see ICT, but that is one 
cel I wouldn't mind owning (rrrow... lol).

Here is a 'show me' cel of a recent hanken I won 
from Mandarake of Pyoko trying on some makeup.

scan of it.  Riven pointed out something that I 
totally missed - her panda hat is wearing 
lipstick.  :P
