Not been here for years as i've banned myself 
from collecting cels! *^_^*

But i need to update my Yahoo Japan Auctions 
Account with a new credit card as the old one is 
no longer valid.  Is there any guids to do this? 
I remember in the past someone made a guide to 
help non-japanese ppl sign up.
