Didn't see any "Little Gall Force" section, 
just "Gall Force," and I only noticed the "see 
new cels" thing AFTER I did that post, go fig...

Anyway, that cel of Rabby and Sandy is from the 
parody Scramble Wars!  I've been searching for 
cels from that OVA for a long time!  Love it!  @.@
