Hey all,

I recently got a cel that has a lot of smudges 
and smears on one layer.  The layer the dirty 
stuff is on is only the mouth of the cel, but it 
makes the WHOLE cel appear dirty...very dirty.

I have tried gently lifting the stuff myself, but 
to no avail... 

Does anyone have any professional cleaners to 
recommend I send this cel to?  I really want to 
get it fixed, as it's an A1 END cel, with 
matching background and the whole works.

Any site links would be greatly appreciated.. 
^_^  I'd like to get this cel cleaned up before 
my gallery update in about a month!
