My guess is Bagdasarian Studios' "The Chipmunk
Adventure," which was released in the late 80's. 
The three girl characters are imprisoned in a
harem (heh), and have to make a daring escape...
through a room full of cobras.

They of course turn it into a rollicking
song-and-dance number, "Gettin' Lucky."  *grin*
