This will be my first time signing up since they
are offering that lower fee special through X-mas.
 Now, I am going to be putting in a deposit of
$$$.  Do they charge your credit card for that
amount?  How does it actually work?  When I read
their terms, they say they "may" charge you, but
it doesn't say it clearly.  Thanks for your help.
