don't get disheartened, it is possible to find 
good cels of these three characters for 
reasonable prices if you keep your eyes open. I'd 
say a nice Hotohori will be the toughest to find 
under $400, but the other two are manageable. 
I've seen good Tasuki and Chichiri cels sell for 
around $200 sometimes.

some may say right now is the worst time to buy 
FY because certain primo cels have sold for $1000-
2000, but at the same time some may say it's the 
best time because certain promo cels have sold 
well under their market value because of the 
economy. so look around a lot, and good luck in 
your search! ^_^
