Anybody know this person:

I am not sure if this is a real bidder or a dead 
bidder or nonpayer..I am a little worried because 
it's a kind of new eBayer and also changed again 
the ID yesterday. Bid on a few auctions of mine 
and won and we have been in e-mail contact but 
seems like it got bid without having money and 
getting paid around 15th of month (that's two 
weeks from now). They still bidding on another 
cel of mine and if it's a non payer I rather 
cancel the bid on it and take the cel off.

Anyway can anyone give me any info on this 
person.
