Try emailing Nichibei Anime club. They only have 
two on their website but when I went to their 
booth at the comic con. I seem to remeber them 
having a folder of Robot Carnival cels. I bought 
three of mine from them, but if you're looking 
for cels from the Cloud short I havn't seen any.
