It's Sir Friedshelf (sp?) and it's a guy, not a 
girl ;) and it is from the third episode of the 
OVA Hyper Speed Gran Doll (or Grandoll) The sword 
he's holding has special meaning, but I won't 
spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it.
