I have several cels that come with background. 
Normally, it is scotch tape that held the 2 
pieces together; the cel and the background.

When storing cels, I would like to ask, if you 
store the cel and the backgrounds together or 
would you separate them if they are unstuck 
pieces?

And will you remove the scotch tape between them??
