Who the..?! He's on the front of a FY manga SE, 
with Tasuki sketches. He looks like..
1. Nakago. But the beads in his hair suggest
2. Tomo whose hair it isn't, so...
3. Tokaki has other earrings, but it's not his 
face.
4. Could it be... HAKUROU-sama!? But the hair...
