The price they charge is the item price + 5% 
packing fee. Since you're living in HK, just let 
you know that they've an office in HK. So, the 
dvds or books will be first sent to their HK 
office and then send to you by local speed post. 
For other countries, the orders are directly sent 
out from Japan by EMS.

One thing to note is, after you have placed your 
order, you will receive a confirm e-mail. But 
they will not notify you when they have sent out 
your order. Of course, you may enquire your order 
status, but I think there is no need as they are 
quite reliable. ;)
