I'm no expert, but I *think* that cel is from 
episode 21, where Muse contacts Eros from under a 
cow (tee hee... I can just see the cows around 
her now).  This eventually ends up with rocket-
Muse.  This is the episode where the inspector 
comes and Miruru attempts to flee.  It's a very 
pretty and cute cel!
