Hiya!!

I am selling my first cel to a collector outside 
of the US - this person resides in Canada.  I 
know this has been talked about a little bit in 
the past . . . But, I was specifically wondering 
if Canada charged customs import taxes on cels 
shipped from the US?

The cel will be shipped by EMS, so I would like 
to declare the full value for insurance purposes.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
