Very interesting...I wonder what is going on with 
this seller as well, I bought a cel off of ebay 
and it took 16 days to get after payment was 
made. When I inquired about what was taking so 
long I got no response only a shipping notice a 
few days later from paypal. The seller lives in 
Florida so I assumed they could have had problems 
with the recent hurricanes, but the fact that its 
been well over a month for you would suggest 
something is afoot. This person also doesn't like 
to leave feedback! I hate that! >_< I certainly 
will be more weary of sellers with private 
feedback from now on...personally I think that 
feature is bull#$%@ to begin with, it kind of 
negates the purpose of feedback. Perhaps it would 
be best if one negative negated the whole private 
feature...
Anyway, I hope you get your money back or better 
yet your cel! ^_^ Good Luck!
