I'd won an auction from this person though Celga 
on late September last year, But the cel still 
haven't reach Celga's Japan office. And Celga 
said the seller didn't reply their mail...does 
anybody had won things from this seller and had 
this thing happened before? What should I do? 
(I'm sure Celga had paid for the auction already!)
