Looking over the dealer list, I wouldn't expect 
to see *any* cels for sale in the dealer's room 
at Ushicon, other than maybe one or two cel books 
with random overpriced B- and C grade cels.

If you're hoping to find cels at a con, you're 
going to have to hit one of the big ones like 
Anime Expo.

Anyhow, there's lots of other things to do at 
Ushicon, and I'm sure you'll have fun.  Hopefully 
there will be a cel collectors meeting, and you 
can make some good contacts there.
