Interesting cel. I know it's Ryosuuke (spelling 
optional) from Nuku Nuku, and I'm near 99% sure 
it's specifically from Nuku TV (from the art syle 
and the text font, which matches the Nuku TV 
ending credits).

I first thought it might be from a flashback to 
when he first found the cat. But I can't find a 
spot in the TV show where they have text on the 
screen that isn't over a pseudo letterbox type of 
black bar. o_0  Does anyone out there know Nuku 
TV well enough to ID the episode for me?

(By the way, the writing doesn't help place it. 
By my translation, it says something to the terms 
of: "You didn't show. . . Face. . ." Here's an 
upclose of the text, in case I got it wrong:

見せてくれなかつたな。。。　顔。。。

If you can't see it, try viewing it in another 
encoding.)
