I am putting this rare cel of Kenshin & Shura up 
for offers.  It comes with a matching production 
background.  The condition is fair, as when I 
received it, it had some minor fading (see 
image).






I have framed it with archival-safe materials:
UV protectant plexiglass
Acid free/archival safe mattes 
Acid free/archival safe foam core
Acid free paper mounting tape

I've it framed and hung in a low-lighted living 
room for over a year and no further fading has 
developed.  It has perserved the cel well.  ^_^  
The framed version is shown below.  The frame is 
metal (Radius), shade copper.  The mattes are 2 
shades of gold.  It looks really great with the
