I will be going to Japan during the first week 
of March, and I would like to go to some anime 
shops that sell cels.  I will be in Tokyo for 
about 4 days and then will be heading to the 
Kyoto area for a few more days.  I am sure there 
are places in Tokyo to buy cels, but I have 
never been to Japan, and do not speak japanese, 
so I dont really know how to find out that kind 
of info.  Any help would be great, and if you 
could include any addresses or directions how to 
get there (I will be staying in a hotel close to 
Tokyo Tower), that would be great!  Thank you
