Although since I have it raw, I can't recall the
name of the character offhand. (He/it is basically
'the Nataku lookalike' to me. ;) This is the first
cel from that anime that I recall seeing.

And speaking of Joker: Marginal City, if anyone
has any cels of Joker in his male form that they
want to part with...
