Long sorted story on this cel.   He was sold to a guy in 
FL as a Speed Racer cel for alot of money (it was 
framed and from a gallery)   Said guy puts it on ebay. I 
buy it knowing its not original but maybe from the 90's 
version (for alot less money! boy was he pissed).  Then 
my freinds tell me I've got to get off the meds that it is 
NOT any form of Mach a Go Go.  So is this Gohan? I 
don't watch enough Dragon Ball to know.  Thanks!
