Hey everyone,

For those who have bought there, how long does 
it usually take for them to reply?  I'm just 
curious as to whether or not my email made it or 
was somehow lost in the electronic hell that is 
the internet.

Or do they happen to be on vacation/taking a 
break, and I just didn't see it?
