Price varies by size and quality generally.  For
portfolios that fit standard size cels and larger,
pricing seems to start around 10 USD and go up
from there.  Give an online artstore's
portfolio/presentation case section a good looking
through and you should gain a feel for the prices.
 Be careful though, some of these cases do not
have multiple pockets.  Most of what we consider
cel books and use to store cels come with a
minimum of 10 pockets (20 slots for cels).
