E-Bay might be cracking down on auctions that 
advertise hurricane relief without a mechanism to 
guarantee it.  (Some unscrupulous people may 
exploit the tragedy to simply boost their own 
sales for their sole gain, although I'm confident 
that no one here would do such a thing.)
