It's from episode 190 The Truth Revealed, Seiya's 
Past. This is from the scene where injured Seiya 
thanks Usagi for coming to his concert. The cel 
is in great condition and has very little lines 
fading for its age. It even has a matching sketch!
In the picture below it may seem like there are 
white specks in the background but its just my 
scanner ( I need to buy a new one ^_^;). Please e-
