RANT:
Here i have a cel from Bubble Gum Crisis 2040.  
It is a nice shot of one of the main characters 
with her face showing in her battle suit.  I 
bought it from Anime-taro awhile back during one 
of their sales.

Comes with a partial sketch of a mouth. Little 
tiny sketch though, like one of those sketches 
you get and on the back of the paper you notice a 
dark dot.  Why a dot, couldn't they have just 
left the dot out, or put it on the original cel.  
Why was it so important that they had to give it 
it's own specific layer and specific drawing.  If 
they need dot drawers i would be perfect for the 
job.  Watch this . . ., there you go three 
perfect dots.  I guess it isn't so hard to draw 
for a big production studio.  I'm an expert in 
dot drawing, i could draw dots all day.  In fact 
thats what i am going to go do right now practice 
for my career as a professional dot 
drawer. . .sorry for the rant.  I just hate those 
things because usually they just get stuck to the 
cel, like the drawing did on this one.
