Hi there.  I am the owner of that cel.  I've had 
a couple other people ask me for copies of the 
background before.  First of all, I really 
wouldn't know where to start making a copy of 
the background.  Secondly, I honestly don't have 
the time to research and find out if I could 
make a copy.  Thirdly, my collector's side 
doesn't really know what to think of basically 
selling off the only background that was used in 
that scene, even though I would only be 
producing "copies."  I don't know how anyone 
else feels about this, but there's a part of 
collecting cels that feels really neat, knowing 
that you own the one and only piece of a certain 
scene or shot, you know?  This is why we're all 
in this "sport."  One person that contacted me 
about this was going to make their own 
background resembling the original to go with 
the cel.  This kind of "copy" doesn't seem as 
bad to me because this person is directly 
putting in their own time and effort to create a 
piece of art to go along with the cel.  I could 
be completely over-exagerating here, so please 
let me know what you think on this topic.  This 
is just where I stand at this moment.  ^^;;;
