I'm personally not a fan of signed cels. The 
only situation where I might consider it, is if 
it was signed by the character designer/lead 
animator. But I've seen people have others sign 
cels that had very little to do with working on 
the particular sequence or animation production's 
process. Plus I think some sigs totally distract 
from the image itself but that is just my two 
cents.
