Well, ebay sometimes has a decent selection of 
TMNT cels.  I've got one of Shredder and Bebop 
that I need to scan, which I won from ebay.  There 
are also some cartoon cel shops on the net that 
carry a lot of TMNT cels.  Try doing a search 
through google and see what comes up.
