I have a question for people in Japan.
I am curious about the nitty gritty dealing with
postal money orders from America.

If you could answer the following questions, I'd
greatly appriciate it!

-Can you exchange an IPMO for cash anywhere other
than a post office?

-Compared to the exchange rates in newspapers,
what kind of rates do you get?
EX:  newspaper prints 120 yen/dollar, you get 116
yen/dollar.

-Are there any fees associated with cashing postal
money orders?
